Exclamation Automated Reminder: Your Domain is Expiring

Hi,

My end-users are receiving the following e-mail once their domain name is near its expiration date :

Quote:
The following domain name(s) will expire in 5 DAYS:

Domain Name, Expiry Date
xxxxxxxxxx.com, 2009-11-04

********IMPORTANT*******
If the domain name(s) are not renewed during the next 5 days, they will stop working! This WILL affect all email and websites that use the domain. PLEASE RENEW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to avoid disruption to your service.***

Thank you,

Resellone.net

As our system automatically renews the domain names one day before its expiration date, this is very confusing for the receiver. Can the sending of this message be turned off in some way?

Thanks.

Go into "View Message Templates" in the RWI and under the "Domain Renewal Messaging" section you will see an option titled "Manual Renewal Reminder, to End User ". next to that is a radial box you can toggle to enable or disable the feature.

Thank you,
Eddie P.

Acoording to:
RWI -> "Renewal Management" -> "Configure daily end user renewal reminder email"

the "5 Day Message" can't be disabled.

Did the described steps solve the problem for you? I'm kind of worried that my customers could get confused by such an email as we also automatically renew 24 hours before expiry. (not been with R1 for so long yet)
